VegaaGames aggregates and showcases high-quality browser games created by independent developers, studios, and verified distribution networks (such as GameDistribution). The intellectual property rights, trademarks, and copyrights of all games remain the sole property of their respective creators and licensors.

It is our policy to respond expeditiously to clear, valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized representative, and believe that material on VegaaGames infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work: A description or link to the original work that you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material: The exact URL(s) on VegaaGames where the material is located so we can locate and remove it.
• Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• Statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Physical or electronic signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

If material was removed in error, the affected party may submit a written counter-notification pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, VegaaGames enforces a strict policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access or partnerships with repeat copyright infringers.
